This Privacy Policy explains how Ethos Algorithmics LLC ("Ethos," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ClarityTrade mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not ask for or collect your brokerage credentials, we do not connect to or place orders in any brokerage or trading account, and we do not collect precise geolocation or your contacts.
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the App), on the basis of our legitimate interests (securing and improving the App), to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with the service providers below so that the App can function:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. These locations may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We keep your account information and Track Record for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual analyses at any time from within the App, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data (see Section 9). We may retain limited records where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) for data in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any right, email ethosalgorithmics@gmail.com. You may also delete analyses directly in the App, or sign out and stop using the service at any time.
The App is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App.
